My cat is just a little over a year old. He is a indoor/outdoor cat. He use to love to be outside now all of a sudden he is afraid to go outside.

Hi well it could be that a new cat has moved into the area and your cat may be nervous of them.

I have two cats and from time to time they all of a sudden decide to want to go out. Sometimes this is due to a nasty cat we have in the area, other times its because it is bad or cold weather.

I wouldnt worry too much as it may be just a phase that he is going through. Give him time and let him make his own mind up when he wants t go out.
