Sick Cat?

My cat has been a little skinnier than usual, and is going to the bathroom constantly (but not outside of the litter box). Do you think she is just sick, or could it be kidney disease?

Your cat really does need to see a vet to have his condition properly diagnosed so that the correct treatment can be started.
