Sick Flame-Tip Siamese.

My Cat is about 12 weeks old, and for the past couple of days he's been looking under the weather. And now, he's started to have a watery, milky white discharge, when he poops. He's had his Four-in-One a while back, and been treated for tape worms. But he's managed to swallow a cockroach, that we know of. Maybe more if he found them around the house.
Now he will barely eat, or drink. I've had to force fluids and start him on gel nutrition. He's also taking a little Simalac for Cats. I can't remember how to spell it.
His hind quaters are alot thinner than before, and he's vomited a few days back at least 3 times. What could be wrong?

Hi
as with any illness their can be many possibilities. for instance it could be a virus or a bacterial infection or it may be something more serious. Without a proper physical examination and possible test there is no way of knowing for sure.
I would say that a white discharge would suggest a nasty infection. In which case he needs to see a vet as soon as possible especially as he is now losing weight as well.
Please do not delay in taking him to see a vet, the sooner treatment is started the better the outcome.
I hope he is better soon
