Skitter the cat

While looking frantically for my lost orange cat this similar looking cat was found running away from everyone in a neighbourhood. This young cat was fearful and skittered quickly away from all humans. He was seen only as a flash of orange. Although he was finally caught and in my home, when approached he skittered away and hid. A month later he came out for cuddles and pets and is now very vocal and sweet. Almost tame. The name Skitters stuck.
