sneezing sick cat

My boyfriend I were adopted by a stray cat about a week ago. Yesterday she started sneezing constantley and sleeping a lot. Today her eye is swollen and she won't purr. She also is taking odd breathes like she is trying to sneeze but doesn't. I think she is a year or so old and she is grey and white if that helps any.

However as your cat is a stray you will have no idea about her general over all health. It may be a good idea to have her checked over by a vet to make sure that there are no other underlying health conditions.
