tom cat spraying door step

Male neighbours cat sprays on my doorstep, very smelly. I have a dressed female cat. What can I do to stop the male cat spraying?

I am sorry i don't understand what you mean by dressed female cat. Do you mean she is not spayed? If this is the case then this is why the male cat is calling and leaving his calling card. Having your female cat spayed would help the situation a lot. Also why not speak to your neighbors about this issue and ask them to have their tom cat neutered. I still can't believe people are not doing this as it is common sense.

Also spraying the area with a strong citrus spray may help, but tom cats can be very persistent.
