Un spayed female cat issues

I have 2 neutered 8 year old males, one 8 year old spayed female and one 6 year old female that has not been spayed. Recently, the 6 year old female has been going into Estrus with a break of about 2-3 days in between. Currently, she is on her 6th cycle like this. This doesn't seem normal to me. But, my husband (his cat)is very hesitant to take her to the vet. Is this 'condition" detrimental or is she ok?

She's driving the boys crazy with her mood swings.

Hi I don't think it is temptremental to her but it is rather frustrating for her and as it is something she doesn't have to go through it does seem unfair to put her and your other cats through it.
I am not sure why your husband is worried about taking her to the vets as it is an operation that is carried out every day. If you can persuade him to have her spayed the whole household will benefit.
