Answer from Kate
Poor kitty, she was incredibility young to have kittens so I am assuming that it was an accident that she got pregnant. If the kitten she has left has stopped feeding from her, now would be a very good time to take her to the vets to be spayed to prevent her getting pregnant again. Too many pregnancies can seriously damage the health of the cat and also produce dead or very ill kittens.

As for her peeing on your boyfriend, well sometimes when a cat is feeling a little insecure they will try to make themselves feel better by adding their scent to things that makes them feel secure. sort of anchoring themselves to the good things. So it could well be that she is very attached to your boyfriend and so she wants to add her scent to his.

Again i think this is all wrapped up with her not being spayed and so very hormonal.

I have some pages about cat pregnancies and also cat spaying which you may find of further interest.
