my kitten is weeing and soilling at night is legs are red raw i need help ore he will dye

what can i do what cream can i use

nasty.
i really do thing your little guy needs to see a vet as soon as possible. he may have severe diarrhoea and yes this can kill if un treated. the soreness will also need to be treated.

kittens can often get sick early on and the best way is to seek professional advice as soon as you can and only a vet can do this.

i really hope he is Ok again soon
