Why is my cat, so skinny, when she's eat and drinking regularly and throwing up?

Hi there are several conditions which can cause this but one of the main ones is a thyroid problem. Please see this page for more on this

My advice would be to take her to the vets as soon as possible to have some blood work done. My old cat had this issue and with medication she lived for many more years happily.
