Weird symptoms in my cat

why does cat foam at the mouth urinates on himself and stffens his body this last about 35 seconds

This sounds to me like your cat suffers from fits. this is a neurological disorder which can be treated with medication I believe depending on the cause.

However your vet will have to examine your cat and possibly do some tests as the fits may be a symptoms of a specific infection.

It is important that your cat is seen by a vet as soon as possible s these episodes could cause your cat further damage especially if during these spells he falls from somewhere. My sisters cat fell from a chair during a fit and caused severe bruising.

It is not possible to say what may be causing these fits but it is important to have it checked out as soon as possible. Sometimes if the cat has ingested some form of poison they may also experience fits.
