What is wrong with my cat she makes strange noises

I have a queastion about my cat.Shes very sick.She makes abnormal noises with her throat, almost like she's trying to talk.She is also hacking like theres something in her throat and she can't get it out.Along with this, she is peeing uncontrollably on herself.What do I do!!

It sounds to me like she may have a hairball problem. often cats will hack for a few days to try and shift the hair. Also if she is feeling unwell with it this may also make her scared and cause urination.

If the symptoms continue and she does not bring up a hairball then you must take her to the vets as she sounds like she could be in distress, in some cases a hairball can be so stuck that only a vet can help remove it.
