My cat is spayed. But keeps crawling around on her belly with her butt in the air and keeps rolling around and nudging us with her head. Which is strange for her since she's usually quiet and calm. What could be the problem?

My three yr old male cat which is fixed with in the last 6 months hes be acting like he's in heat. He only does it in my room on my bed and he will arch he's back like he's spraying but nothing come out. except on his scrotum in the middle hes penis i think show's a little pink.The other thing is if you wave a towel by him when he's like this he lets out a big screeching cry and grab the towel from you with his mouth and bites on it. If anyone knows what this is any help would be appreciated thanks nick

i've just seen your post my 1 year old cat has woke me up doing the same and is making low crying noises, and rolling around she has been spayed at 7 months, i'm worried. was your lovely abby ok
