whats wrong with my cat?

Hello,

I want to know if you know what is wrong with my cat.
He is about 2.5 years old and he has always been such a friendly cat but for the past few days, he has been soo grumpy, no one can even go near him or he will hiss and try to scratch you. He is also losing hair on the back of his neck. Any ideas?? Oh and he is an outdoor cat.

Hi well it is impossible to say exactly what is wrong but something definitely is.

Cats will behave like this when they are in pain of distress, it is often the only way you can tell that something is wrong. You really do need to get him to a vets as soon as possible for a examination and diagnosis.

He may have a skin allergy or have been bitten or could even be round worm, fur loss can have many causes. The vet will be able to diagnose once he is seen.
