WHAT ARE THE SYMPTOMS OF A SICK CAT? He eats ok unirates ok,

relieves himself ok. But He is well below his normal activity. This started all of a sudden. I am worried about my baby. He used to run and play with my other cat but has stopped that.

Hi
it can sometimes be quite difficult to tell when a cat is ill, they are very good at covering up pain or ill health. All we have to go on is a change in their eating drinking or toilet habits and also in their behaviour.

in your case it is less clear. You have not said how old your cat is. it is quite normal for a cat to slow down as they get older. they want to sleep more, play less etc.

My best advice is this, take him to the vets anyway for a check up, this way if he is ill in any way it will be picked up. If he is not then at least your mind will be put at rest and you can continue to enjoy your cats company just in a slower way.

best wishes Kate
