my cat is 9 years old male, in past 2 years, he had diarrea and lost 4 lbs, i took him to vet 2 years ago, did all blood work and checked stool, everythng is negative, but he still having soft stool and moaning whtn go to cat litter, i even changed his diet to sensitive diet, but no help, he has great appetite. what was wrong?

This does not sound good to me. A cat should not have diarreah for that long and he shouldn't be losing weight.

I am not a vet and so cannot give you a diagnosis, so I would suggest that you either take him back to the vets and ask for more tests or you find another vet for a second opinion.

I do hope he can be successfully treated soon as he must be feeling unwell.
